The Outpost Cafe is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team!
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, positive, and passionate about good food. The right person will be comfortable leading a busy line, maintaining high standards, supporting the cafe team, and bringing good energy to the kitchen.
What you’ll do:
• Lead the line during busy service
• Prepare and execute menu items consistently
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and organization
• Help with prep, ordering, and kitchen organization
• Support and train other kitchen team members
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help create a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
We’re looking for:
• Previous line cook experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the guest experience
📍 Location: Fairplay, Colorado
💰 Pay: Competitive, based on experience
⏰ Schedule: Full-time / part-time opportunities available
