We have had a handful of newlyweds choose our barn for their stay but this past weekend we had the pleasure of hosting the whole bridal party for night one. We added a special dressing area with extra mirror and some floral accents in the wedding colors.

We were thrilled they choose our property to get ready for the big day. Big congratulations to the bride and groom!

Exciting Updates!!
#1 - We have been working hard this past week building the new picnic/grill/firepit area. We welcome our guests to enjoy the outdoor living space and this beautiful weather we are starting to feel here in Maryland 🌞

#2 - After unfortunately some major damage was done to our sleeper sofa last month, we had to really rethink our loft sleeping arrangements. We now offer a regular queen bed in the loft (instead of pullout couch), along with the 2nd living room, which we think will just add to our additional guests comfort.

Now, Brad & I need a week off without manual labor so our bodies and backs can recover 😆

We are looking forward to our first Spring & Summer at the Barn -- We welcome you to experience it for your own vacation or staycation!

Spring is showing itself! The entrance to the property is turning green again, the birds and ducks are visiting and even two snapping turtles spotted in our stream today!
Brad & I have been working hard the last couple days on our outdoor space so our guests can further enjoy the Spring weather! Stay tuned!

The Barn is shoveled and plowed and will be back open for guests tomorrow! Free sledding hill included with your stay ;)
