Froeschl Concrete and Campbell Construction completed the concrete porches and patios today, and now it’s time to start framing this duplex!

Many people don’t realize that a lot of the decisions for a new construction project happen long before you see them installed. Before framing even begins, the framing lumber is ready for delivery, and doors, windows, roofing and siding have already been selected and ordered so materials are ready when needed to keep the project on schedule.

159 Lumber has the knowledge and experience to keep the process moving to avoid any costly downtime. We work directly with you to help choose the right building materials and coordinate with your contractors to make sure products are ordered and available when they’re needed.

Frost protection is an important part of building a quality slab-on-grade home to protect the foundation from frost heave and shifting and provide a solid base for the home for years to come.

It’s the work you don’t always see once the house is finished—but it makes a BIG difference in the long run! We only use contractors like Froeschl Concrete that take pride in their work and refuse to cut corners.

The zero-entry garage floors are officially poured!

We finished prepping on Sunday so Froeschl Concrete and Concrete Industries could be on the job before the sun came up this morning to get ahead of the summer heat and give this concrete the best conditions for a smooth, quality finish.

✔ Takes initiative, stays organized, and enjoys helping customers
✔ Reliable with a strong work ethic

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, works well with contractors and homeowners, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone who can recognize what needs to be done and take the initiative to get it done.

Hours and wages are negotiable and will be based on experience, availability, and qualifications.

This pour came together thanks to the hard work of several local businesses that we trust for all of our projects!

✔️ Footings and storm shelters were formed and poured by the Froeschl Concrete crew (with the help of their mentor who cannot stay retired 🤣)
