Our Grand Reopening Open House and Ribbon Cutting countdown continues with another Open House Spotlight!

Meet Food & Beverage Manager, William Ray, the talent behind the menu at Hilton Garden Inn Fargo. Chef William brings more than 40 years of culinary experience to the table, including over 14 years with our hotel.

He especially enjoys opportunities to get creative with unique menus. One of his favorites was a State Fair-themed event—complete with turkey legs! He’s also helped serve 2,500 guests at a large team event. For Chef William, the best part is creating something memorable and seeing guests enjoy it.

And speaking of the food... what will Chef William and his team be serving at our Open House? Stay tuned—we’re sharing the menu next!

Trevor has gone above and beyond throughout our renovation at Hilton Garden Inn Fargo. From helping prepare and deep clean rooms to stepping in wherever he is needed, his hard work and dedication have played an important role in keeping things moving forward.
