A big change is happening at the Historic Hitch House.

Ever since calling this home, we’ve wanted to breathe new life into this beautiful 1892 Queen Anne Victorian.

A big item on our list was repainting the exterior in colors that are more in keeping with its 130+ year history. And while we appreciate a past owner’s bold color choices of purple and pink, we decided to move away from the “Barbie House”.

A big shoutout to La Painting & Cleaning LLC for helping us apply a classic color palette of 7 modern colors. Their crew worked tirelessly and finished this huge project in just over a week!! We couldn’t be happier with the final product.

The painting is done and we can’t wait to reveal some new photos soon. For now, here are some to show the incredible effort it took to make this transformation happen.
