It has been difficult to get a picture of this unoccupied. Seems to be very popular. Constructed and donated to Foggy Bottom by Eian Darling (younger nephew of the Manager). The old green one served us well through many repairs, but finally fell apart on the way to the dumpster.
We will let this season for one year and then seal or paint it. ENJOY!
Also, FYI, the docks will be removed on 10/18/25, so all boats need to be removed by sundown on 10/16/25.

Another fun community gathering with everyone pitching in. Tim and his sous-chefs (Steve Link, Scott Delong, and Mason Nichols) ran the grills like pros. We even had flowers in a hand-painted vase provided by our resident artist. A huge thank you to everyone else who brought sides and helped with set up and clean up, leaving me time to sit and enjoy. Ann and Reggie Jean made sure we had a campfire to enjoy after the meal.

🔌 Welcome, Future Lineworkers!

CMP is proud to welcome our newest apprentice class to our training facility in Farmingdale this week. These dedicated individuals are beginning their journey to become 1st Class Lineworkers — key players in powering Maine’s future.

Over the next few years, they’ll train both in the classroom and in the field, learning everything from climbing poles to working with live electrical systems. Most of this year’s class are proud graduates of KVCC Kennebec Valley Community College’s Electrical Lineworker Program — marking seven years of partnership with CMP!

Shout out to a fellow business that is worth checking out. If you find yourselves in Aroostook County, they have the most adorable one-room cabins in the woods - quiet, peaceful, surrounded by nature. A wonderful blend of vintage/rustic with modern convenience.
Also an amazing event venue.

We started construction in April of 2021 and officially opened in  August, 2021. We offer a one of a kind wedding venue in Northern Maine that offers a full selection of amenities.

Our coffee hour on Saturday started out gray and damp. A big thank you to Ann Jean for inviting us all to move to her deck where the chairs were dry and the view was pleasant. I even had a few minutes to relax and spend time with my new best friend, Teddy Theriault.
