Mainely Outdoors A program creating opportunities for people to participate in outdoor adventures! Our goal is to promote fitness in the Farmington Maine community.

Mainely Outdoors is a program administered by the UMF Fitness and Recreation Center that creates opportunities for individuals and groups to participate in all types of outdoor adventure activities, clinics, workshops and excursions through organized programs. The aim is to promote fitness, get people active, expose individuals to new recreation opportunities and take advantage of the abundant nat

ural resources in our area. Programs are open to members of the UMF campus and local community members. Rental of outdoor recreation related equipment is also available at very reasonable rates.
