Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath completely renovated cottage in the heart of Fayetteville, AR. In the modern farmhouse style of Chip and Joanna Gaines of HGTV Fixer Upper fame, this 1472 sq ft home is an open concept with a large living room, dining room and a fully stocked kitchen with an eat in bar and new appliances.

Hardwood floors, shiplap walls and beautiful industrial farmhouse style fixtures make this home extra beautiful. Lots of kitchen cabinet storage, a large stainless steel Whirlpool refigerator, dishwasher and oven/range makes this a perfect kitchen to use your cooking skills and enjoy a big breakfast or a night in.

The living room has a large sectional and comfy chairs perfect for a group watching a movie on the 55 inch Smart TV or Blue Ray DVD player. The dining room has a large wood farmhouse table and six chairs.

Each of the three bedrooms has a cozy pillow top queen sized bed, lots of pillows and organic 400 thread count sheets, plenty of room to sit and relax, a full size closet, large windows for great natural light during the day and black out blinds for a restful sleep.

The master suite has a bathroom with a huge sunken tub and rain shower. The second bathroom has a large walk in rain shower with subway tile. A separate laundry room has a new washer and dryer and room to store your ice chest or luggage.

Gather on the front porch in Adirondack chairs with a view of the hydrangeas or grill on the back deck and play a game of corn hole. There’s plenty of room for 3 vehicles to park behind the cottage.
