•all cabinets ripped out, replaced, painted & installed with new hardware
•the pass-through above sink knocked out & widened to create a more open view into the dining room
•all appliances and light fixtures brand new
•new sink & faucet
•new butcher block counter tops, stained & finished
•fresh paint
•& a Zellige-like tile installed for a rustic cut backsplash.

huge sigh of relief when this was finished! 😅
the cabinets are fully stocked with all you need to cook a homemade meal :)

a favorite aspect of being an Airbnb host is hospitality - we love to grace the kitchen countertop with a vase full of fresh flowers & a note for each guest 🧡

a first look into the living & dining rooms & kitchen - your main hangout space!

we spent months on extreme deep cleaning, wall patching, staining, polishing, replacing all 20 light fixtures & fans (except for the staircase light that we loved 🙃), and painting absolutely everything except the original wood railing.

there is so much more light and warmth 😌
