Love this town!

A new music venue could be coming to downtown Bentonville. Live Nation announced Tuesday plans for the “Bentonville Ballroom”, a new 2,500-person venue planned in collaboration with the Momentary.

The venue could open in 2028, bring more national acts to the area, create 280 jobs, and have an estimated $46.3 million in yearly economic impact. Live Nation would also fully manage the venue’s programming, ticketing, and operations.

Check out the new neighborhood tea house at our Fayetteville property. We love to see it!

The Fayetteville Tea House (FTH) officially opened its doors near Downtown Fayetteville.

On W Center Street, the women-owned shop, created by NWA locals Avalon Gurel and Alyssa Stockland, offers a cozy spot for calming, refreshing drinks.

FTH serves a full assortment of teas by the cup or pot, including black, green, oolong, white, rooibos, plus matcha and coffee lattes.
