Every person finds their own way to the warmth. 🌿

Some come seeking stillness. Others, the quiet comfort of community. Some come simply to feel the earth beneath their feet and remember what it means to be present.

Here, in the warmth of the fire and the stillness of the woods, we find moments of connection with ourselves, with one another, and with the place we call home.

We're grateful for the guests who make South Woods such a special place.

Big news!

Thanks to everyone who wrote letters of support and those who have become an important part of the South Woods community over the last 11 months.

Without this approval to expand hours and amenities, South Woods would have had to close. We’ve got big plans but for how we’re taking some time to reflect and celebrate before we get back to tending the fires and our guests.

Small business isn’t for the faint of heart, but in this case, it’s so worth the highs and lows!

Join us for a sauna and a little celebration, won’t you?

A little seasonal self-care. Take some time to slow down.

Learn the art of dry brushing.

A little ritual. A little TLC. Time just for you.

You don’t need a birthday, a hard week, or a reason to celebrate to deserve a little tending.

Sometimes the occasion is simply being present. The fire is warm, the water is cool, and there’s nowhere else you need to be.

Come sit a spell. Let the heat do what it’s made for. You don’t have to earn your rest. 🌿

This is your invitation to sauna at South Woods.

A little TLC, South Woods style. 🍂🔥✨

Seasonal Scrub Down brings together dry brushing, warm body oil, wood-fired sauna, and a little room to slow down and tend to yourself - in community.

We’ll tend the fire and guide you through the experience and share a few fall-time sauna traditions. You bring yourself, listen to your body, and settle into the season.

Two hours. No rushing. No pushing. Just some good, old-fashioned tending to celebrate autumn.
