Brapps Then Taps 2026 is in the books! 🏆

It was a perfect day for racing at The Arrowhead Bike Farm as riders took on the latest stop of the WVMBA Cross Country Mountain Bike Series. Huge congratulations to all of the winners and every racer who lined up and gave it their all. 🙌

It was especially awesome to see so many junior riders out there pushing themselves and crushing miles. From start to finish, the energy was high, and the competition was strong. 💪

Meet Tom 🔧🚲

Tom’s been our bike mechanic at Arrowhead since Spring 2025, but he’s been wrenching on bikes and guiding rafts around Fayetteville for years. When winter rolls around, you’ll find him on ski patrol instead of the trails.

Need a tune-up, repair, or just some bike advice? Tom’s your guy. Stop by the shop and he’ll help get you rolling.

June’s Brat of the Month just dropped…The Blueberry 🫐 Goat 🐐

A beer brat loaded up with blueberry compote + goat cheese, finished with rosemary salt on a soft pretzel bun. Sweet, savory, and packed with flavor.

Featured side? Lemon pepper parm fries with our lemon dill ranch because regular fries weren’t gonna cut it this month 🍋

Volunteers are needed to pull off these awesome events every year. We have multiple options available including registration, course marshal on trail, race sweeps, crossing guards.

3rd year at the farm - cook at Handlebar + Kitchen, local guide to hidden spots, and always down for the next adventure.

This is Syler 🤝

This’ll be his third year at the farm, and if you’ve ever needed directions to a hidden overlook, a swimming hole nobody talks about, or just the general direction of a good time… he’s your guy. Local born and raised, part cook at the Handlebar + Kitchen, part mountain encyclopedia. ⛰

When he’s not helping run the farm, he’s guiding rafts, setting up shows, helping with The Mountain Music Festival hosted by ACE, or out somewhere with his shadow Lucy (his dog, his sidekick, his unpaid assistant). 🐾

Syler’s the kind of person who can solve a problem before most people even notice it exists. Dependable, hardworking, quick on his feet, and somehow always down for the next adventure. 🙌🏻

We’re lucky to have him on the team 🌿
