Amelia Island Vacation Rental Amelia Landings 9C

09/26/2026

I wanted to share a great new resource for anyone visiting Fernandina! 🌴☀️ Our property manager now has an app for her rental company that makes it easy to see what’s happening around the island—local events, activities, and things to do while you’re here.

Such a handy way to find something fun going on during your stay! 💙

Know Before You Go!

A perfect beach day starts with knowing the conditions. Before heading into the water on Amelia Island, take a moment to check the beach flags flying from the lifeguard stand.

🟢 Green = Low hazard
🟡 Yellow = Use caution
🔴 Red = High hazard
🔴🔴 Double Red = Water closed
🟣 Purple = Dangerous marine life

Conditions along the Atlantic can change quickly, so always check the flags, stay alert, and never underestimate the current.

At A1A Beach Vacations, we want your Amelia Island stay to be memorable for all the right reasons. Stay safe. Respect the ocean. Enjoy the beach.
Your Amelia Island vacation starts here.
