Bony Booty’s Beach Rentals is seeking dependable Delivery Partners to help deliver and set up beach equipment for vacationers along the Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach coastlines.
This opportunity is perfect for retirees, gig workers, stay-at-home parents, teachers on break, or anyone looking to earn extra income on a flexible basis.
⭐ We are looking for 5-star people who take pride in doing things right, communicate well, show up when they say they will, and genuinely care about providing a great guest experience.
Because we represent Bony Booty’s Beach Rentals directly with our guests, professionalism, reliability, and communication are more important to us than previous beach rental experience.
☀️ HOW IT WORKS
• Orders are offered by text message.
• The first qualified partner to respond and confirm availability receives the assignment.
• Response is required within 10 minutes.
• Once accepted, delivery must be completed within 1 hour.
• Most deliveries occur in the mid morning, with pickups in the evening.
• No set schedule—accept only the jobs that fit your availability.
🏖 RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick up equipment from our storage location or keep a delivery-ready set in your vehicle.
• Deliver beach chairs, umbrellas, and accessories to guests.
• Set up equipment neatly and professionally.
• Place guest name tags as instructed.
• Take setup and pickup photos.
• Answer guest questions when applicable.
• Return for evening pickup.
• Clean equipment and prepare it for the next rental.
• Report damaged or missing equipment.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable vehicle with room for beach equipment
• Smartphone with texting capability
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Battery-operated drill
• 2” sand auger (used to install beach umbrella anchors) available on Amazon.
• Ability to lift and carry beach equipment (approximately 40–50 lbs)
• Ability to walk on sand and navigate beach walkovers and stairs
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
🌴 A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
This is beach work—and that’s part of the fun!
• You’ll spend time outdoors enjoying Florida’s beautiful coastline.
• Some days are sunny and calm, while others may be warm, breezy, or include a passing summer shower.
• You’ll get your steps in walking across the sand and setting up for guests.
• Beach equipment and sand go hand-in-hand, so you should be comfortable with sand finding its way into your vehicle.
• Some delivery partners may choose to keep a delivery-ready set of equipment in their vehicle for faster response times.
• Every day is different, and you’ll play an important role in helping visitors create great vacation memories.
💰 COMPENSATION
• Paid per delivery and pickup
• Keep 100% of customer tips
• No waiting around for scheduled shifts

📍 Preference will be given to applicants who live in Flagler County, Palm Coast or the Ormond Beach area.
