Here at the Hotel Monte Vista we strive to not only help our guests but also make ourselves available to the downtown public. It is important that front desk employees have a good upbeat attitude with great customer service skills.
Some of the front desk responsibilities include:
- answering phones
- responding to emails
- making reservations
- communicating with incoming guests
- checking people in and out of the hotel
- clerical side work
- working side by side with housekeeping staff
- cleaning and organizing the front desk areas
