Nightly, Weekly & Monthly Rates Available but vary seasonally. For Monthly Guests: $200.00 Electric Utility Deposit due at the time of guest check in. Utility meter readings will continue at the end (27th or 28th) of each month and balance due is expected by the 1st of the following month. Electric deposit will be applied to final meter reading upon guest check out. Any credit of this deposit will

*No Show: No Refunds
*Short stay with less than 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of reservation
*Short stay with more than 8 days before check-in: 90% refund of reservation
*Monthly/Extended Stay with less than 30 day notice before check-in: $200 cancellation fee
*Monthly/Extended Stay with more than 31 days notice before check-in: $100 cancellation fee

There are no refunds for early departure!

Hey this is Joey Hess and Wyatt Dudley from Florence Colorado, we are high school students trying to make our own business in junk removal. Our hours are flexible , our estimates are reasonable, and we always get the job done!

A little bit about us..
We are both Varsity Football, Basketball, and Track athletes for Florence high school. Wyatt is in building trades and Joey is in NHS and training to become a fireman. We volunteer for as much community service as we can, to build and make connections with people in our community. After we graduate with both plan on perusing careers in the trades.
