As I said to our Team Members earlier today, Black History Month is an opportunity to reflect on the significant ways Black people have contributed to our global community. Through centuries of great adversity, they have demonstrated incredible resilience and determination, overcoming obstacles to meaningfully advance our society. The last year has been turbulent and heavy for many reasons, but we have already seen people all around the world come together, demonstrating incredible unity and support for those who have been unjustly discriminated against. I believe that we are on the verge of great change, and that our Hilton family will play an important role in modeling what genuine inclusivity and empathy can look like. To all of our Black Team Members, every day throughout the year – but especially this month – we thank you for all you have contributed to our world and to our Hilton family. The Black community is a deeply important part of our societal past, present and future – and we must come together to recognize, celebrate and stand in support of them.
