This is a privately owned cabin that's available for rent throughout the year! Enjoy this relaxing mountain getaway - perfect for a couple or a gathering of 8-10! This secluded home sits nestled in the side of a hill on 3 acres of land, overlooking the Florissant Heights valley near Crystal Peak Mountain with views of Pikes Peak! ive panoramic views of nature all around. While you can't see them, full-time neighbors live just down the road. There's a hot tub that fits 5 on the 350 sqft of decks wrapping around the home. A grill for barbecuing and seating all around allow for outdoor entertaining and fun on a beautiful summer night. There's even a tire swing and outdoor games! Inside you'll find the master bedroom loft overlooking the living room and amazing mountain views to wake up to in the mornings. There's a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to on cold winter nights and we do have a TV with satellite coverage, a DVD player and VCR for watching movies. For those looking for cell phone coverage this is the spot as we get coverage with most cell phone carriers (Verizon works the best, AT&T not so much). The fully stocked kitchen is plenty big to prepare meals and the dedicated dining room has seating for all. Plus we've stocked board games as well as a pool table in the basement. You're only about 25 miles away from Woodland Park and around 15 min away from groceries, liquor store, dining, etc. There's tons of hiking trails, state parks, and the Wolf Sanctuary all nearby. Cripple Creek is not far for casino gambling and you're about 90 minutes away from Breckenridge for skiing. 11 mile reservoir is only about 30 minutes away for fishing and boating. And there's even the North Pole, Pikes Peak, fossil beds, a Dinosaur museum, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods and much more just a short drive away. Or, just stick around the cabin for some seclusion. This is the perfect place to come enjoy a relaxing time in the mountains of Colorado!
