Hello, I am Dawn Boyd, owner of Elm Tree Cottage, a vacation rental property, tucked away on 3 ½ acres of spacious grounds and beautiful shade trees.
Our guests love to relax on the porch swing, sway in the hammocks or float in the pool, enjoying the tranquility of the country setting. Nearby, there are miles of trails to explore around beautiful Lake Grapevine.
