We are gearing up for summer by going through a huge renovation! We will no longer have the second kitchen and instead are adding on a new bedroom and bathroom. New floors, fence, roof and solar panels, bathrooms, furniture, etc!

There is currently a 6 night rental minimum (folly beach set that rule, not me).
