While dogs are allowed on Folly Beach year-round, from May 1 to September 30 dogs aren't allowed on the beach between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Also, dogs must be on a leash at all times while on the beach..

Due to the severe weather forecast for Saturday, which includes possible thunderstorms, we have postponed the Taste of Folly street Party to next Saturday, January 28th from 11am-5pm.

The Signature Series Bartender Challenge and Cocktail Competition will go on as scheduled this Friday (tomorrow) at Tides from 7-10pm.

This decision was made by the Folly Association of Business board members, in conjunction with the City of Folly Beach leadership and Public Safety. As always, we appreciate your support and understanding in keeping the safety of our residents and visitors first.
