Winter beach is just different. The waves are still the main attraction. The crowds are gone (aside from the Flip Flop Drop and the Bill Murray look-a-like Polar Plunge). Winter getaways are true vacations. We heat up the plunge pool, listen to the waves, and just relax.

If you are heading into Folly, you know about that merging lane. Make it up to 40% faster by zipper merging. It’s not rude to merge at the front of the line.

The "zipper system" of merging lanes of traffic cuts back on congestion and car crashes, but it also seems a lot like cheating to American drivers.

For those of you with electric cars, we know you want to bring them on your vacation, and now it’s even more convenient.

Drip Dry Cottages now offers electric charging stations for guests’ cars.

They are not a brand specific charging stations, so pack your adapters. We’ll post pictures when we get one.
