Crawdads on the Lake has one of the best post-work happy hour setups in Folsom. 🍹🌅

Perched above Lake Natoma, Crawdads pairs gorgeous waterfront views with cocktails, a full menu and live music, basically everything you need to shut the laptop, grab some friends and ease into the weekend.

And if you time it right? The sunset over the water is pretty hard to beat. ☀️

Sorry, locals… this one’s too good to gatekeep. 🤫

This is one of Lake Natoma’s hidden paddleboard launch spots. You’ll find free street parking on Gold Lake Drive, then it’s just a short walk (and a few stairs) to the water.

📍 Gold Lake Dr, Folsom, CA

⚠️ Please follow all posted parking signs, park legally, and respect nearby businesses so everyone can continue enjoying this spot.

Should this one have stayed a local secret? 👀

☀️ Planning to spend some time at Lake Natoma this week?

We wanted to pass along an important update from California State Parks.

Following routine water quality testing, temporary swimming advisories are currently in effect for:
📍 Black Miners Bar Swimming Beach
📍 Nimbus Flat North Beach
📍 Willow Creek Day Use Beach

These advisories apply only to the swimming beaches listed above and are not closures of Lake Natoma or Folsom Lake.
California State Parks will continue testing these areas and will remove the advisories once water quality returns to acceptable levels.

Whether you're paddling, boating, fishing, or simply enjoying a day outdoors, we encourage everyone to stay aware of posted signage and check conditions before heading out.

For the latest updates, visit California State Parks:

Here's to a safe and enjoyable summer on the water. 💙
