I just finished this set for an order. Both blades are a low layer billet sandwiched between two higher layer billets of 1095 and 15N20. 8” and 3 1/2” blades with full tapered tangs and stabilized maple buryl scales

I finally finished the sheath for this camp knife. The main body is Bacote with leather welts and copper rivets. The leather hourglass belt loops on both sides allows for right and left hand carry. The collar gives some retention and protection for the handle.

This 12 1/4” X1/8” blade was forged from a 3/4” pickup coil spring. Handle is my shop stabilized maple buryl, copper liners and 1/4” mosaic pins. 18” OAL

I forged this camp knife from one coil of a 3/4” Dodge pickup spring with several inches left over. 12 1/2” blade with 18 1/4” overall length and 3/16” spine. Not heat treated yet, probably tomorrow morning.
