This is a brand new single family home built in 2021. All rooms are furnished with queen size or king size bedframe and mattress, 75" Smart TV , Study desk and chair, Wardrobe, Night stand and bathroom. All utilities and WiFi is included.
No landlord living in the premises. All tenants are background checked.
You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Home CCTV system.

There are 5 different types of rooms.
Type A.) Master bedroom with attached Bath with steam bath & whirlpool bath is $1299/- (The best room in the house. Amazing views,Super large room with walk-in closet which itself is like a small room, Direct door to a large deck with a beautiful view)
Type B.) Jack N Jill room (2 rooms share a personal attached bath built between the rooms with private door to bathroom and seperate wash basins) is $850/-
Type C.) Basement room with attached bathroom $750/- (3 rooms share 2 bathrooms, Your bedroom is attached to a bathroom but the bathroom has an extra door from outside which can be used by other 2 rooms)
Type D.) Large room with no attached bath $750/- (3 rooms share 2 bathrooms) Private access to large patio and has a King size bedframe and mattress,Night stands, study table & chair, 75" Smart TV)
Type E.) Front room with no attached bath $650/- (3 rooms share 2 bathrooms) Private access to the front porch and garden and has a queen size bedframe and mattress,Night stands, etc
There are 2 floors basement and upper and there are 2 kitchens, 2 fridges 2 sets of washer & dryer. One set located in the basement for 2 rooms and another in the upper floor for 3 rooms.
Requirements for approval.
1.Proof of monthly income x 3 times of room rent.
2.Credit score above 700
3.No Eviction or Criminal history.
4. Online Application cm screening fee $39 (Non refundable)
5. Valid ID required.
6. Rental Agreement to be signed.
7. Waiver of liability to be signed.
