The early February hosted Steelhead Retreat was terrific!! I've still got photos coming in but everyone in the group, including 4 brand new steelheaders, landed steelhead. Some really nice ones too! Thanks so much to the lodge staff, owner & guide Jeff Brazda, guides Nate McDonough, Caleb Garrett and Andy Simon, chef Tyler, the wonderful Whitney Garrett, and the woman behind the scenes keeping everything clean, Shannon. You guys run a tight ship and make for an unforgettable experience. Can't wait to get back to the lodge for our late February trip! Stay tuned for more photos of shiny beasts and smiling faces.

Well, our February 3-6 and 24-27 trips are fully booked! That's all we have on the calendar for 2019, but let us know if you'd like to join us in 2020. Thanks everybody!

June is almost here folks! Get your deposit down to secure your spot on our February 3-6 trip, we have limited spots left. Our 24-27 trip is fully booked.

The crew is building! So far we have two gals booked pending deposits. There are 5 spots left, open to women and men... get em folks! This is one of those trips you don't want to miss out on. The deposit is $300 and is due by June, full amount isn't due until you leave the lodge. These are peak season dates, so they need to be filled early to guarantee us a time slot at the Lodge. Getting stoked for our February trip to the Coast! Sounds like the guides at Brazda's Fly Fishing Washington have been finding some very nice steelhead recently. This year, we scored peak season dates for our hosted trip, and the trip filled up quickly. And I'm excited that two gentlemen from Wyoming will be joining me on this adventure... let me tell you, this is a great time of year to be getting out of here for a few days!

While I'm out there, I'll be discussing next year's dates with the outfitter, Jeff Brazda, and will announce these dates upon my return. I already have lots of interest in a 2019 trip, so if you'd like to join, let me know as soon as you can. Wild Duc Lodge, here we come!
