We were looking for a place to host a family gathering that could comfortably accommodate a larger group, and Wild Rose Cabin in Fort Atkinson, Iowa, was a wonderful surprise. Our trip had two main priorities, and the property matched the VRBO description and photos perfectly. It was quiet, relaxing, and gave our family and friends a great place to spend time together. We gathered in the kitchen for coffee and conversation, the bedrooms were spacious, and the half bath in the upstairs loft worked well for our nephews. When an air-conditioning issue came up, the hosts resolved it right away. They also allowed us to host a family dinner with cousins we had not seen in more than 20 years, and everyone was impressed by how beautiful the property was. A big thank-you to the hosts from the Byram/Abbott family.
