Our Team: Front Desk Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time)
North Cliff Hotel | Mendocino Coast, California
Our oceanfront property on the stunning Mendocino Coast is looking for friendly, motivated Front Desk Associates who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a hospitality-focused environment.
We invite energetic individuals to apply and offer comprehensive training to those who are the right fit for our team. Experience in hotels, inns, B&Bs, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
Sharing information about property amenities and local attractions
Assisting with guest requests and resolving concerns
Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative duties
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable using computers and standard office software
Basic typing and data-entry skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction

Available Shifts:
AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
P.M Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Compensation: Based on experience.
