Rich beams, cabinets, and trim were fashioned from century-old barn wood. The home includes one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, and two full-sized beds, comfortably sleeping 6-8 adults. A sectional sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep two more. The living room can be made into a private space by pulling out an original rolling red barn door. Built-in LED lights decorate the living room,
kitchen, bathrooms, and staircase. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare amazing meals: a gas stove, dishwasher, place settings for 8, including red, white, champagne, and martini glasses. Extras include a drip coffee maker, French press, coffee beans, and grinder. Also included are a crockpot, blender, a variety of herbs and spices, and more. There are four Samsung 4k UHD Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Wi-Fi with ultra-high-speed 1GB internet service and Xfinity cable, HBO, and Showtime packages, are included. The outdoor space is private and perfect for entertaining. The private hot tub can accommodate up to eight people and includes Bluetooth speakers and party lights. Other outdoor amenities include an in-ground fire pit (firewood provided), seating for eight, backyard games, and an LP gas grill. A separate area houses two friendly Nigerian miniature goats, George and Howard. Guests are welcome to enter the goat area to feed and play with the goats, however, care must be taken to keep ALL gates closed as the goats cannot be allowed outside of their play area. Please see the guidebook for specific instructions regarding food and other goat etiquette. Of note, the goat area and the goats themselves require NO maintenance by guests. There are four cruiser bikes, helmets, and locks provided for guest use.
