I was impressed by Crystal-Larry Steiner and their cleaning crew. Don't need to buy a new kitchen sink now 😁 I can put my work food in the fridge now! It was so nasty. Bathroom feels refreshing!

And people say they can't find a house under $200k. 6bed remodeled house. Nothing wrong with house... price is low because Fort Dodge market is affordable. This was one of my fix and flips. New owners did some more work and have listed it recently.
