We have had a busy summer and early fall renting out the cottage.

Christmas shopping season is quickly approaching -- why not get a several couples, or a group of women together and head to Port Huron for a fun weekend away and some shopping? Port Huron has a small mall, Kohls, Target, Meijers, Walmart, Sams Club etc., and HUGE shopping malls are about 45 min away.

Allowable amount to bring back to Canada after 48 hrs is $800 each. That is a lot of shopping!

BLACK FRIDAY WOMEN'S shopping weekend - why not grab 4 - 9 friends and head to the States for some Christmas shopping? Perfect location. Did you know if you stay 48 hours you can bring back $800 worth of merchandise each!! That is a LOT of Christmas shopping. 3 min from Port Huron stores. 1 hr from Troy's huge Somerset Mall. 50 minutes from Lakeside Mall in Uttica. SO many choices!!! Close to many restaraunts, or buy groceries and eat in. Don't be disappointed - book early! If you can't do Black Friday - consider another weekend. The deals are actually still great even with exchange!

Beautiful cottage for rent in Port Huron. Perfect for a women's shopping weekend away, a couple's weekend escape, or a family retreat. Sleeps maximum 9 adults, if some guests are kids - can sleep 10. Available for weekends or full week(s). 10 minutes from border. Close to mall, restaraunts etc. 100 yards from private beach shared with about 6 other cottages. Cottage has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1- queen bed with sliding door out to small back patio area. Bedroom #2 - queen bed. Bedroom #3 - queen bunk beds (only one adult can sleep on top bunk). Queen pull out sofa in family room with memory foam mattress. Big screen TV and DVD player. High end fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave. Kitchen fully outfitted for 10 people. Large kitchen table. Gas fireplace. Deck with Muskoka chairs. Gas barbecue out back. Beach toys available and some beach chairs. Must bring own linens and towels. Fully winterized - it is beautiful and very quiet/peaceful there during winter months. For WEEKENDS - available after 10am Friday - check out 2pm Sunday. Weeks will fill up very fast in summer - please email to check availability. No weekend rentals in prime time - only full weeks. Damage deposit required.
