Dear All Lake Pointe Residents:

We have scheduled dryer vent cleaning for the whole community during the month of March 2022. This is a life safety issue. Having this done will help prevent a fire and ensure that your dryer is working well. This will involve the cleaning of the building stacks and the interior duct, near your dryer (If you answer your door). Everyone should have someone at their home on the date their building is being done. Someone will knock on your door sometime between 9am and 5pm, please answer your door promptly as they have a lot of units to attend to, and cannot wait around. If no one is there to answer the door, you will miss the opportunity to have your inside vent cleaned. Owners, please ensure someone is there, so they can clean your dryer vent completely.

The Annual Meeting is scheduled for this Thursday at 7pm at the Clubhouse! The budget meeting to adopt the 2022 budget will be Tuesday, November 30 at 7pm at the clubhouse!

Our next board meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, June 23 at 7pm at the clubhouse. The agenda was e-mailed to all unit owners earlier today and is also posted on property.

An e-mail was sent out to all unit owners on Friday (June 4) in the morning giving an in-depth update on the restoration project and everything that has transpired at Lake Pointe since the beginning of last year. A 2 page letter has been mailed out to all owners updating on the latest updates of the community over the past 5 months. We apologize for not updating this page due to COVID-19 and other nuances. At this time, we plan on having our next meeting in early September and we hope all can attend. It is tentatively set for Wednesday, September 9 at 7pm at the pool area. The engineer will be present for a Q & A as well.

The Special assessment in the amount of $1.4 million was passed by a 6-0 vote by the BOD payable over 20 months starting March 1, 2020. Please be on the lookout for the official mailing to go out in the coming days with the amounts due for your particular unit and instructions to pay.
