NHTA NEWS | A new regional opportunity for young Caribbean chefs! 👨🏾‍🍳🌴

The Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) and the Turks and Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association (TCHTA) have launched a reciprocal Junior Chef Exchange.

Beginning in 2027, a participant selected from each association’s 2026 youth culinary programme will travel to the partner destination for hands-on learning, professional mentorship and exposure to a new culinary environment.

The collaboration connects ABHTA’s Taste of Wadadli Junior Chef Academy with TCHTA’s Lit’l Chefs Program, creating an exciting new pathway for the Caribbean’s emerging culinary talent.

CHTA celebrates this investment in the next generation of Caribbean hospitality professionals.
