Dear Lahaina Inn Resort Owners,
We are writing to provide a brief update regarding the ongoing process for Lahaina Inn Resort.
The title searches have officially been completed and received. Our association attorney is currently preparing the required joinders that individual owners will need to execute and return to us.
We are also drafting detailed instructions to accompany these joinders to guide you through the process seamlessly. We anticipate having these documents finalized and sent out to all owners later this month.
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we work through these necessary steps. Please look out for further communication from us soon.

Dear Lahaina Inn Resort Owners,

The Board of Directors is pleased to provide a significant update regarding our ongoing association transition. We have officially completed the initial drafts of the Plan of Termination for Phase I and Phase II.
This is a critical milestone in our process, and we want to ensure all owners are fully informed and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Upcoming Owners Townhall
We are currently in the process of scheduling a Townhall Meeting to discuss the Plan of Termination in detail.
Timing: Thursday, May 21st 7:00pm Eastern
Purpose: Our association attorney will be present to walk everyone through the next steps and the legal requirements of the plan.
Next Steps: We will send out a separate communication with the finalized date, time, and the webinar link as soon as they are available. This webinar will be a different format from the other town hall to address feedback we have received on ease of you being able to get it. Please check your spam folder for the emails.
Current Progress & Timeline
The Board is now moving into the technical phase of this transition:
Title Work Bids: We have officially requested bids for the necessary title work required for this next step.
Timeline: We estimate that the title work will take approximately 8 weeks to complete.
Owner Action: Once the title work is finalized, the Plan of Termination will be sent to all owners. At that stage, we will require formal signatures, notarization, and witnesses from the ownership body.
