The unit was well equipped and very clean. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The beach was great for walking and swimming. The strip mall across the street had great restaurants and shops. This was in all ways the best vacation spot we've ever been to.

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at this property. This was my first time to Florida, believe it or not, and was also my first time using HomeAway. The private beach is a short 3-5 minute walk from the condo. The views were amazing. The condo is also located relatively close to all the restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again sometime!

Perfect view, location, and price. Ft Myers Beach weather in February is warm enough for sunning and swimming. There are several great restaurants right across the street, so once u get here no car is needed. I would love to go back.

Best place we ever stayed!!!!!!

"Enjoyed looking outside any time of the day and seeing the water, beach, dolphins swimming, pelicans flying so close to the balcony, and those sunsets! We enjoyed the group of residents who blew their conchs every night at sunset - I think it was cloudy only twice. And, all the shells we found – couldn’t believe all the fighting conchs. We even found sand dollars several days."

We had a great visit over the New Years holiday week. This is a great location with a direct walkout to the beach. We enjoyed the on-site pool in the afternoon with plenty of great dining locations in close proximity.

The owners had everything well prepared for our arrival with easy instructions and secured access to the condo. It was also great having a king sized bed.

The views from the balcony are fantastic - loved all the fireworks in the distance on New Years' Eve. And then just sitting on the balcony in the late evening, listening to the waves. Have already recommended to my friends and would definitely stay again.

Another 5 star review! We still have a couple of weeks available in December for a quick getaway!

We had a wonderful two weeks at EB&T. This unit has a spectacular view. Great for viewing sunsets and the balcony is protected so you don’t get direct sun in the heat of the day. It’s the perfect place to watch the wildlife. This trip we saw many birds including the roseate spoonbill, dolphins and sting rays. We also like that we can walk to restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a few shops. The owners are easy to work with. Overall another great experience.
