I thought I’d give everyone an update on what our past employees are doing now that Silver Sands Villas is no longer. Andrea, the owner, is now working at Margaritaville as the Supervisor to Housekeeping. Her side kick, Michael, is enjoying retirement and kicking his feet up relaxing. Javy is working at Shrimp House as the main cook. Dawn has been enjoying retirement, her family has decided to move back to Michigan since she will soon be a grandma of twin girls. Sandy has been living the dream in Michigan with her hubby. Jenn is working at Matanzas Inn Bayside Resort at the front desk. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the beach, give her a call and she’ll get you a deal…..We certainly miss you all!

is with heavy heart that I announce that our beloved Silver Sands has been sold. Due to the lack of insurance proceeds and the state of the town and its permitting processes I chose to sell and retire. I want my guest to know that it was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make. I will miss everyone and hope to see you if you get in the area.

VERY IMPORTANT!
I am working VERY hard getting the refunds back to everyone, and I thank you for your patience. ALL refunds should be out by the end of this year. HOWEVER, I ask you to NOT dispute your credit card. When you do this it stalls the process and LOTS of work goes into resolving the issue. Those of you that did dispute your credit card you now have to go through our merchant, Worldpay, to receive your money. Once again, thank you for your patience!
