Early today at least two owners have received emails from [email protected] that were not sent by the office.
Both emails were replies to previous legitimate emails, with the following message:

“EXTERNAL EMAIL

Hi,
Could you please review the attached document.”

Our IT professional is looking into the issue.

As always, please do not open any attachments that are suspect.

The biggest patriotic party on Fort Myers Beach is happening at Parrot Key! On Saturday, June 27th, more than 90 decorated boats will take to the water for the Salty Sam's Patriot Boat Parade celebrating America's 250th Anniversary.

The parade departs Salty Sam's Marina at 11:00 AM and circles Fort Myers Beach before returning around 2:00 PM for a huge dock party right here at Parrot Key Caribbean Grill!

Head up for Saturday, July 4th...

START PLANNING:
On the 4th of July, the Matanzas Pass Bridge will be closed to oncoming traffic for the parade from 9AM to Noon and for the fireworks from 8PM to 11:30PM.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub remain closed. Our contractor is working with their subcontractor, Fountain Pools, to resolve the remaining open items, which they are working diligently to finish. We apologize to the owners who will be at Kahlua while the contractor continues to work on the pool and hot tub for the noisy, and frustrating delay. At this time, we expect the repairs to be completed in the next few days and the reinspection of the pool to be on June 30, 2026.

We have a Facebook group connected to this page that we don't monitor or need. We will be closing it by deleting each person who signed up. Going forward, all Facebook posts will be on this, our main page

We failed the Department of Health’s pool and hot tub inspections. We have not received their repost yet, but when we do, we will work with the pool company to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
