Enjoy the gorgeous Florida sun in this 2bed/2bath poolside condo with gulf-view and sugar-soft sand beach across the street! Whether you enjoy swimming in your backyard heated pool or strolling down beach to watch the dolphins, you can have it all with this condo! With a queen sleeper sofa in the great room, this condo can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including

a dishwasher and coffee maker and all dishes you'll need for your stay. The floor plan has a great room for the kitchen and family room area giving a very open, airy feeling. We offer free WI-FI and cable TVs in each room. The updated, tropical condo features a queen-size master en suite bath and private balcony with a palm-fringed gulf view. There are two beds in the second bedroom: one full-size and one twin. The second bath is right down the hall. Bedrooms and hallway have been updated with wood floors. Bathrooms have been recently updated with granite counters, ceramic tile, and new vanities. A coin operated washer and dryer is located inside your garage area underneath the condo, and a BBQ grill is just down the steps. Chaise lounges, umbrella tables and chairs are provided at the pool and private beach for your use. Basics:

Our bungalow condo is in a perfect location, conveniently located near the Publix grocery store (4 blocks down) and a full-service marina. Sport rentals including parasailing and jet skis are on the beach nearby, and shops and restaurants are about 1 mile south at Santini Plaza. Catch the trolley north to the bustling Times Square pier area for restaurants, shopping, ice cream, live music and events, or head south to Lover's Key State Park for a quiet stroll on the beach or a kayak excursion looking for dolphins or manatee in a natural setting.
