Hello CBC owners, we reopened the property last Saturday from Hurricane Milton. While we still have some sand and debris to clean up we wanted to get open as soon as possible. The pool looks great and the shelling has been incredible.

Friday 10:00 am eastern

Hurricane Milton has now passed. The Middle and North building units did not get damaged. There is no power to that part of the island currently.
The parking lot has a lot of sand and some asphalt damage. Elevator was barricaded prior to the hurricane and barricade is still in place. The critical pool and spa equipment were disconnected and placed in units for protection from the storm. Remaining pool and spa plumbing appear to be intact for the most part.
Staff will start the exterior clean up and along with a contractor crew to remove sand. Once power is restored all mechanical components will be tested.

Still no power so resort is still closed.
