Happy Spring Everyone!!
Finding a few weeks still open at Primo Pool and Palms. Can give a nice discount if anyone is interested in 5/9-5/16, yes, next week! And also have 5/30-6/6.
I was just down there and lots going on! Sunset Beach Grill has a fun spot now set up on the beach and our 7-Eleven is about to reopen too! Yay!!

Other dates 7/11-7/18 and 7/25-8/1 and 10/10-10/17 also have some December openings.

Looking forward to summer in Michigan! Hope you all enjoy this summer wherever you call home too!!☀️

Sharing some pics of our recent trip down…it’s been a great trip! Lots of activity on the beach and lots to be thankful for!! There’s been several ribbon cutting ceremonies in the last couple of weeks to celebrate the opening of The Whale, The Beach Bar, Bonita Fish Company and Marina Cantina…All are awesome!!
Add pool time, beach time, dolphin watching, sunrise bridge walks, music walk in downtown FM, Farmers Markets, kayaking, boating, Football Sundays at Tiki, Bayside Sunday concerts, seeing Chasing Denver and Wendall Ray at La Ola and all of the other great music on the beach makes for an awesome vacay!!😎

Good morning Primo Friends!
Just came back from a quick trip down to Primo Pool and Palms and happy to report the lush tropical greenery is back! And the last boat was finally pulled from the Mangroves along San Carlos…Almost 3 years from Hurricane Ian!!

Wanted to send some date openings and a little update on progress…

I just received a cancellation for 1/31/26-2/7/26 if anyone is interested.

The following 2025 weeks are also open…10/25/25-11/1/25, 11/29/25-12/6/25, 12/6/26-12/13/25 and 12/13/25-12/20/25

While there I enjoyed so many of the old Favs while seeing the great progress of other Favs about to return!! Enjoyed live music at the Yucatán Swing bar, Wahoo Willie’s, Doc Ford’s, and Tiki Bar at the Lighthouse. Really enjoyed the delicious special of coconut encrusted hogfish on jasmine rice with asian slaw while enjoying music at Dixie Fish. The beach walk was awesome with the huge expanded white sandy beach and seeing that The Beach Bar (aka Beach Pub) is now open and that The Whale is super close to reopening and will have spectacular views! Nick’s Liqour is now open too, in a new location in the Harbor House building. And was SUPER excited to see construction starting at our 7-Eleven at the corner!! Also Scheduled to start construction soon is The Cottage and Salty Crab! Both big Favs!!

We have a few openings coming up! I’ve found myself with a short 4 night opening for anyone interested in a quick get away Saturday, May 10 to Wednesday, May 14. Good for a surprise Mothers Day outing!!

Happy January 2025!!
Our winter and early spring weeks are almost full! Just a few weeks left including Easter week!! If interested contact me for rates. The website has been updated with available dates and rates as well.

And wanted to share this new ride on the beach with you! Not only do they take you around the beach for minimal $. They also have vehicles to shuttle you and your guests to and from the airport and anywhere else around town that you may want to visit. Holds up to 14! You can schedule either the beach golf cart that holds 8 or the shuttle holding 14 by texting or calling Trippin Rides. We had a great experience using them. And plan to use the shuttle soon to go downtown Fort Myers for Music Walk night!!

Good morning from Fort Myers Beach!
The hurricanes can’t take the beauty of the beach away!! We’ve had some amazing morning beach walks this week!!

Before posting on Vrbo, I wanted to let you know I have the week of 3/8/25-3/15/25 opening up. Let me know asap if you’re interested and I’ll send a quote. Will be posting to Vrbo soon. Keep in mind the 15th is Shrimp Fest Parade. And check-out on the 15th is 8am to allow cleaning to get in before the bridge closes down for the parade. You can still leave your luggage at the house and enjoy the morning festivities!

Besides the beauty of the beach, you’ll find a lot of entertainment and meal options to enjoy too!! La Ola is keeping the beachside fun with live music daily and serving from their food truck. And around the corner from La Ola is Bella Mozzarella, Meli’s Ice Cream and Coldstone to enjoy. And their new neighbor, Margaritaville, brings new fun with several restaurant options and their beautiful sunset terrace to enjoy! While on the bayside, there’s Snug Harbor, Nervous Nellie’s, Wahoo Willie’s and Matanzas Patio all open along with the Sunday concerts at Bayside park. There’s also Yucantan and its swing bar, Mr. Waves and the famous for fun Lighthouse Tiki Bar all open. We’re also excited that SOB will be returning very soon too! Lani Kai has their beach bar open and Yo Taco is back and is serving out of Lanai Kai. Eats at the Beach has also returned for toes in the sand meals and cold drinks. The Beach Bar is open for music and fun during the construction of their new building. Down the beach, Cabanas at Diamond head has a beautiful new beach bar area to enjoy as well as their finer dining upstairs. And at Pink Shell there’s Bongo’s Beach Bar, Rae’s Italian and Jack’s Restaurant. And just a short drive away we have Junkanoo and Fresh Catch one way and Doc Fords, Dixie Fish and Bonita Bills the other. Of course these can all be walked too as well! And the view from on top of the Matanzas bridge is spectacular!! There’s a sunrise photo in the pics!

In addition to all of the great restaurants, the beach vendors are all back with chair rentals, parasailing and jet skis for you to enjoy a day at the beach. So come on down and support the beach and enjoy these many resilient beach businesses!!

It’s been an EXTREMELY chaotic month with back to back Hurricanes, but they didn’t knock us down with their one two punch!! PPP is all cleaned up and hosting Guests as of this past Saturday!! We had just a “smidge” of sand on the streets to deal with but most of that has been cleaned up too. Most businesses that were opened prior to Hurricane Helene are now reopened post Hurricane Milton. The Island businesses sure are resilient but can definitely use the support of Guests and visitors to the Island!!

Thank you for the well wishes!! We’ve packed up best we can with most everything from the lower level now in the upper level. Hurricane Helene caused minimal damages and was mostly cleaned up. And then comes Hurricane Milton. Don’t think we’ll be as lucky this time but hoping for the best!! We’re in a safe place waiting it out and will be on island as soon as we can to put PPP back together again. Please keep everyone in Milton’s path in your prayers!
