Dear Resort Owners and Guests,

We hope this message finds you safe. Due to an impending weather emergency, the Town of Fort Myers Beach has issued a mandatory evacuation order that requires all residents, visitors, and businesses to evacuate the island by 3:00 PM on Monday.

As safety is our top priority, we kindly ask that all resort owners and guests begin making immediate preparations to leave the area. Please adhere to the following:

1. Please gather your personal belongings and check out as soon as possible. We recommend staying updated on evacuation routes and seeking shelter in a safe inland area.

2. Please inform the resort staff that you have vacated the room and taken all your belongings. Please do not leave food in the refrigerator or freezer or any personal belongings in the room as we do not know what this storm will do and don’t want anyone to lose their belongings.

The team at RAL is keeping an eye on this storm for our firm and the association's we manage. We should be in the clear from this hurricane but we can never be too cautious with the weather as everyone should know. Our main office will be closed tomorrow 9/26/2024 to allow our workers to stay home with their families and keep from any unnecessary travel. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we plan to resume normal operations at our office on 9/27/2024.
