A reminder to owners that periodic updates and project manager reports are available on the Mariner's Website. Although we are behind schedule, a monthly update will be sent to your inbox soon and posted on the website. If you have any questions, please contact the resort line directly or email the Board of Directors. We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability. Regarding the work schedule and reopening date, we understand the importance of this information, but due to factors beyond the general contractor's control, such as funding and insurance, we are unable to provide a specific date at this time. Please note that speculation and misinformation on social media can harm the timeshare association financially, so we encourage you to seek verified information from reliable sources. We are committed to transparency and are happy to provide facts and answers to your questions.

Warm regards to our valued owners. I have included a few recent photographs for your review. Our efforts to reopen are ongoing, with a specific reopening date yet to be confirmed. I have received numerous inquiries from owners regarding the status of our reopening. Unfortunately, we will not be reopening within the next two months. This is the current extent of our knowledge regarding the reopening timeline. We acknowledge the desire to plan ahead and appreciate your patience. Again, we will notify all owners within 60 days of a determined and definite reopening date. Until the reopening date is determined, booking your 2025 flex week is not possible.

The installation process for sliding glass floor frames has begun. Newly replaced doors are now in place for storage. Bedroom LVP flooring installation is currently underway.

Happy Friday. We are delighted to announce that sliders have been delivered for the remaining units and reinforcing of the openings is in progress. Concrete stamping in the breezeway and painting and trim work are ongoing. Sand renourishment is currently underway. As a reminder, we do not have a confirmed reopening date. Please note that Flex Time bookings for 2025 are not available at this time. When we are within 60 days of a confirmed reopening date, all owners will receive notification.

Progress is being made at the resort. The initial pour of concrete has been completed for the remaining areas. Trim work is commencing in units. Painting is underway. Openings to the sliders are being reinforced and prepared for new installations.

Saturday work happening. Drywall finishing being worked on first and second floors. Areas under building prepped for concrete pours.
Oh, and the weather is perfection! Low humidity and sunny. 😎
Ps guys-we do NOT have a reopening date and again-ALL owners will receive a notice when the resort is within 2 months of reopening. There are MANY key items that need completed. An official update should be sent and posted next week.
No Flex cannot reserve weeks for 2025 until we are in the 60 day reopening period.

A quick update: ALL old sliders removed on the 3rd floor. ALL units have drywall hung on 1st floor. Making great progress.

All drywall has been staged for each unit. Install of drywall to begin this week. All toilets and hot water heaters are removed. The remaining 14 sliding glass doors are due to be put in. Preparation for install includes sealing off screen enclosures and demo of existing half walls in units to allow for wall to wall slider install. All new low voltage wiring must be ran as old cables were in the sliding glass door tracks. Also, new wiring for ceiling fans to be installed.
