🍂 Brown Butter Fig Newton – Not your lunchbox Fig Newton! Nutty brown butter cookie dough wrapped around a homemade filling of sweet figs, dates, and warm fall flavors. A little nostalgia with a twist!

Tis the season, so how about a MONSTER Cookie🧌

This beast is a mash-up of all the favorites—oatmeal, chocolate chip & M&M cookies—all rolled into one monstrously oversized cookie, stuffed with a crunchy peanut butter center and finished with a chocolate drizzle. 🍪🥜🍫

Ok pumpkin people 🎃 I know I said I wasn’t starting the fall flavors until October BUT today is the first day of Fall 🍂

And I heard a little weather rumor that we might feel some cooler temps this weekend…so I decided to go ahead and make the first batch of my wildly popular Chewy Pumpkin cookies.

TWO new flavors came out of the Swamp Girl kitchen tonight and I’m not sure which one I’m more excited about. 👀🍪

🍫 Salted Caramel Brownie — rich, fudgy brownie cookies finished with gooey caramel and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

🌿 Mint Oreo Chocolate Chip — soft chocolate chip cookies loaded with chunks of Mint Oreos.

Both will be available this week and if they do good, they might just make the rotation.

🦋In honor of the one and only Dolly Parton, and inspired by the legendary cinnamon bread at Dollywood, our Smoky Mountain Cinnamon Bread Cookie is thick and buttery, swirled with gooey cinnamon brown sugar, and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze. 🤎✨
