In 2014, Disney came to us with a restraint challenge. We can't share the specifics, but when you work at that level there is no tolerance for "close enough." The specs involved custom mounting, non-standard load paths, and zero margin for material inconsistency. That partnership made us better, and it's why engineers still send us the specs that other manufacturers hand back.
