omers in the Caribbean, Europe and the Orient. The rare skill of drawing the Preliminary Home Design task by-hand is critical to the painstaking process of producing a one-of-a-kind, custom home. However, we also employ the interactive 3D presentation programs, SketchUp and Sketchfab as part of our comprehensive Preliminary Design Package. These advanced tools make our designs very easy for customers to view and understand. Even half-way around the world our clients enjoy the excitement of seeing their new home come to life, so early in the prelim design task.
