From a private residence to a beautiful outdoor wedding venue. 🤍✨

We loved putting together this wedding setup in Fort Pierce, Florida!

Treasure Coast Party Rentals provided a 40’ x 40’ tent filled with twinkle lights, farmhouse tables paired with chestnut resin chairs, market lighting over the outdoor dancing area, and white resin chairs for the wedding ceremony.

The finished setup had such a warm, elegant feel — especially once the sun went down and all of the wedding lighting came on. ✨

A setup we were especially proud to be a part of.

Treasure Coast Party Rentals provided a 30’ x 30’ event tent, stage, and seating for Sea & Shoreline Aquatic Restoration as they shared the important work they’re doing to help restore Lake Okeechobee.

Their current Lake Okeechobee project goes beyond simply filtering water. Sea & Shoreline is using vacuum dredging to remove accumulated muck from the lake bottom, followed by the planting of native aquatic vegetation to help restore healthier habitat and improve the lake ecosystem.

That work matters well beyond the lake itself. Lake Okeechobee is connected to the St. Lucie and Caloosahatchee estuaries, making restoration efforts throughout the system especially important to communities and wildlife across South Florida.

We love getting the opportunity to provide event rentals for organizations doing meaningful work in our community.

400 FEET of tenting for the Worlds Largest Cuban Sandwich!

We recently set up a 20’ wide x 400’ long event tent at Justin Wilson Memorial Park in Palm City for a special House of Hope fundraiser.

More than 200 volunteers came together for the event to help build a massive 400-foot Cuban sandwich, creating an unforgettable day for the local community. 🥪

Projects like this are exactly why we love large-scale event tenting. ☔ Wedding Tip: Always Have a Rain Plan!

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to provide multiple tent installations for a beautiful wedding at River Palm Cottages in Jensen Beach. Our setup included:

✔️ Two 20’ x 60’ Frame Tents
✔️ One 20’ x 20’ Frame Tent
✔️ One 10’ x 20’ Frame Tent

One of the 20’ x 60’ tents was used for the wedding ceremony while the remaining tents helped create covered space for the reception and guests.

With the amount of rain we’ve experienced across the Treasure Coast recently, these tents ended up being one of the most important parts of the event. Outdoor weddings are beautiful, but Florida weather can change quickly. Having a tent backup plan can help protect your guests, vendors, décor, and timeline from unexpected weather.
