Ground floor condo on the beach! 2 bedrooms / 2 baths + sleeper sofa & futon. 1,450 sqft. Sleeps 8-10 No steps to enter the condo. No stairs. No elevators.

Ocean access: First-floor condo with a HUGE private covered patio, right in front of the ocean. Just the ocean breeze in your hair. Large covered patio: Easy access to the ocean with a convenient rinse-off shower and water hose. That means less sand tracked indoors! Easy parking: Unload your car and walk directly into your condo. Surf Dweller is not far from the US Air Force base roadblock. This

hugely reduces the traffic near the condo. There is no “through traffic” due to it being a dead end road and it’s already a low density area on Okaloosa Island. FREE Beach chair service is provided from March through October during "peak season." Recently renovated: Newly tiled living and dining room overlooking the Gulf. Spacious master bedroom with an ocean view and a new (May 2022) king-sized mattress. There are two queen-sized beds in the 2nd bedroom. In the living room, there is a full-sized futon, a pull out sofa sleeper bed, and a fold-up rollaway cot with a new (2021) mattress. Lots of storage for bags, toys, and souvenirs. Lots of counter space and cabinet space and stainless steel appliances are in the kitchen. High-speed internet (160 mbps) and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. All new bedding sets, new sheets, new mattress pad covers, new towels, and new linens in 2022. Recreation options: Shared outdoor pool, gated kiddie pool, tennis court, fitness center, sunbathing space, a raised gazebo, and BBQ grill area with additional picnic tables for outdoor dining. Ross Marler Park is 1 mile away and John Beasley State Park is 2 miles away from the Surf Dweller condo and Destin is only 6 miles away from the condo. Friends of Emerald Coast & Henderson Beach State Parks are 11 miles away. Close proximity to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. Multiple local restaurants and shops are nearby. Publix grocery store is close by!
