Thinking about a last minute beach vacation? I'd like to share that July, most of August and all of Sept are already sold out. There are a few openings between 3-6 days in late August. We have full weeks available again starting Oct 16, which is still "summer" in FL. You know you want to, so come to the beach!

We're so excited that the beach is open and people are returning! Our business along with most of the local restaurants were able to survive being totally shut down for more than 2 months. Thanks to strong demand bookings have roared back and we only have a few open weeks left during the summer season. Come see us and please visit those local establishments such as Ali's Bistro and AJs and Giovanni's.

Great news beach lovers! Ft. Walton Beach is already open with limited hours and goes to fully open on May 9th!

We welcome you back, but do ask that you limit the size of your group, keep your hands washed and wear that sunscreen

If you're not staying up on the news...Ft Walton Beach was closed to the public yesterday. We were able to avoid drastic measures for a while due to the low density of the area - developments are limited to 6 floors, where other areas have 20+. We're doing our part to help keep people safe, refunding bookings while the beach is closed and offering discounts to those who plan to return once its reopened. Stay safe and wash your hands frequently!

I want to thank everyone that has asked about hurricane Michael. Fort Walton Beach was spared the worst. We had a little clean up around the property and a small amount of beach erosion, which will come back. Other than that - no damage. And if your plans elsewhere have been affected, we have 1 unit (401) available the week of 10/13-20.
