THE BREAKERS REOPENING UPDATE

Hi, Breakers family! Water service has been restored, and although our Wi-Fi is still down, we have found a way to complete check-ins and provide guests with access to our buildings and units.

The Breakers will officially reopen on Tuesday, October 13.
Beach Service will officially begin back up on Tuesday, October 13.

Our team will contact all guests scheduled to arrive today, Sunday, October 11, and tomorrow, Monday, October 12, to discuss moving their reservations back or finding another solution. Please wait to hear from us before traveling to the property.

THE BREAKERS MORNING UPDATE

Good morning , guests and owners,

We are still without running water and internet service. At this time, we remain unable to welcome guests or owners back to the property, and check-ins remain suspended.

Our staff is onsite this morning to clean units, organize the property, and help prepare for your return. Staff being onsite does not mean the property has reopened.

Please wait for confirmation from our team before traveling to the property. We will share another update as soon as we have confirmed information regarding restored services and reopening.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as our team works to get The Breakers ready to welcome you back.

We apologize for the confusion regarding tomorrow’s reopening. As of this update, we are not allowing guest check-ins tomorrow, Sunday, October 11, including guests with existing reservations.

Staff will be onsite beginning at 7:00 a.m. solely to assist with property inspections, clean units, and prepare the property to welcome guests again. This is not a reopening for guest arrivals. Previously shared check-in times are not valid.

Our internet remains down, affecting our reservation and check-in systems. We are unable to issue guest keys, and existing keys may not work.

The property also currently has no running water. We are awaiting confirmation from local officials and restoration of our water supply.

Please do not travel to the property for check-in until our team confirms that guest arrivals can resume. We will share an update as soon as we have confirmed information.
