THE POWER IS BACK ON!!

10/11/2026

ATTENTION
Dear valued guest and friends of Seaspray, we have experienced a very powerful hurricane with severe disruption in all communication services along with power and minimal damage to our property. Please be patient during this difficult time as we are working tirelessly along with state and local authorities and services. Because of these circumstances Seaspray will be closed until further notice. We are hoping this closure will be very temporary. If you have reservations please know a staff member will be getting in contact with you very soon. Again, all communications are unavailable at this time.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

FPL Power Update Later Tonight

Florida Power and Light (FPL) RESTORATION: FPL President and CEO Scott Bores gave an update this afternoon on the restoration of power following Hurricane Isaias. He said that later tonight, FPL will release what they hope will be their restoration timelines that will give an indication of when they will have power restored to all customers.

“ We are still completing our damage assessments and getting a full comprehensive understanding of the extent of the damage to our system,” Bores said.

FPL’s restoration workforce is approximately 16,000 men and women from 29 states.

As of this morning, an owner walked the property, the courtyard was flooded, the large sign near the road was destroyed, and some roof flashing was blown off. We will update when we know more. Please be patient and look for updates posted here. We appreciate your concern.

We have a couple owners on property. We feel, at this time, minimal damage on roof flashing but it was dark upon looking. Power and internet out. Will know more at daylight. Will update in the morning after observations. Thank you all for your concern!
